Getting Started

Every job is different. Box size, quantity, print method, finish and timeline all affect the price. We give you a specific, fixed quote for your specific job — not a range that may or may not apply to you.

As much or as little as you have. Ideally: the type of packaging you need, your product dimensions, quantity, any finish preferences and when you need it by. If you’re not sure about some of those — that’s fine, just tell us what you know and we’ll ask the right questions.

Branded packaging uses a standard format printed with your logo — faster and available from 500 units. Bespoke is built from scratch to your exact specification, from 1,000 units.

Your Quote & Order

Typically 3–4 weeks from first enquiry to delivery. That includes 48 hours for your quote, artwork approval time (usually 3–7 days depending on revision rounds) and 2–3 weeks in production once artwork is signed off.

Occasionally, depending on our production partners’ schedules at the time. If you have a tight deadline, tell us upfront when you enquire and we’ll be honest about whether it’s achievable. We won’t promise something we can’t deliver.

Yes. Payment is due on acceptance of your quote, before design, sampling or production begins. This secures your slot in the production schedule and is how we deliver on time, every time. Your quote is fixed — there are no additions after you’ve paid.

Yes — many customers order mailer boxes, inserts and tissue paper together, for example. Just include everything you need in your brief and we’ll quote it all together.

Artwork & Design

Not at all. Our design team creates your artwork and dielines for you. Just send us your logo, brand colours and any references — we handle everything. You get unlimited artwork revisions until you’re completely happy.

Vector files are ideal — AI, EPS or PDF. If you only have a PNG or JPG logo, send it at the highest resolution you have and we’ll work with it. Don’t worry if it’s not print-ready — our design team will prepare everything for you. Just send what you’ve got.

We work to your Pantone references, CMYK values or HEX codes. Colour reproduction can vary slightly between print methods and materials — we’ll flag anything we think might be an issue before it goes to production. If colour accuracy is critical, a physical sample before the full run is always recommended.

Printing & Production

Flexo printing for high-volume branded packaging and Litho laminated printing for premium, high-definition finishes. We’ll recommend the right method for your job. 

Yes. We can source kraft and uncoated natural finishes, recycled board options and packaging without plastic lamination. If sustainability is important to your brand, mention it when you enquire and we’ll make sure the options we recommend align with that.

Yes, if you want one. We can produce a sample for you to approve before your full order goes into production. Sample charges may apply depending on the complexity of the job — we’ll confirm this in your quote.

Delivery After Your Order

You’ll deal with the same person from your first enquiry to delivery confirmation — not a different team member every time you get in touch.

Contact us immediately with photos and your job reference. If the issue is on our side or our manufacturer’s side, we’ll arrange a reprint or issue a full refund — your choice. We ask that you let us know within 7 days of delivery.

No — all orders are dispatched direct to your specified delivery address. If you need storage between orders, that would need to be arranged separately on your side.

Repeat Orders

Yes — and reorders are much faster. Once your artwork is approved and your job is complete, everything is saved on our side. When you’re ready to reorder, just get in touch with your job reference and quantity. We’ll send a fresh quote and you’ll be back in production quickly.
